I wrote this, among many, in prison, roughly a decade ago. Its my favorite poem.
Too Deep If all our worlds are sorrow, Then dreams must be release. If there never was tomorrow, All pain in life would cease. If laughter came with silence, Then multitudes would weep. If love begets all violence, My friends, we're in too deep.
